Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") carefully before using shrine.gr (the "Service") operated by SHRINE ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

SHRINE provides a print-on-demand platform where users can upload designs and sell products featuring those designs. We handle the printing and shipping of products ordered through our platform.

3. User Accounts

a. You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

b. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. User Content and Copyright

a. By uploading designs or other content to our Service, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use all copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights in and to any and all such content.

b. You retain all your ownership rights in your content. However, by uploading content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Service.

c. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.

5. Copyright Infringement and DMCA

a. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Service to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are properly provided to us.

b. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our copyright agent with the following information:

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

c. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which may harm SHRINE or users of the Service

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SHRINE, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
